On September 3rd, a group of us gathered at the B-inspired Clubhouse for a morning that was equal parts creativity, coffee, and community. Guided by the wonderful Judith Fuhrmann, we dove into the art of vision boarding, using images, words, and colours to bring our dreams into sharper focus.

Science tells us that visualization helps us clarify goals, stay motivated, and move from wishing to doing. But what made this workshop so special was the atmosphere: joyful, relaxed, and buzzing with possibility. Over croissants and good music, we gave ourselves permission to play, to dream, and to trust our intuition.

 Caroline is originally Scottish, living in Arzier and helps clients find balance in their lives through her sophrology practice. 

She is a part of the "Advocates" MasterMind  and has been a member since February 2025. 

Living in Arzier with her equally Scottish husband and two teenage sons, she has ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors and go on adventures as a family! Calm time is another essential element for her in order to feel balanced in her life.
