🧭 An App to Manage Your Apps: Because We’ve All Got Too Many!

This question, semi-jokingly, came up at a discussion we had on our favourite apps! There are so many great ones but which ones do you truly use and how do you make sure you have an overview? 🤔 oh my...

If you’ve ever lost track of all the apps on your phone or laptop, the ones you actually use, the ones you pay for, and the ones silently renewing subscriptions, you’re not alone.

With so many apps in our digital lives, it’s easy to lose control. Luckily, there are some great tools designed to help you track usage, manage updates, and monitor subscriptions, basically, apps to manage your apps.

Here are some of the best ones out there 👇

1. AppRadar

5. ManicTime (Windows, Mac, Linux)

What it does: Tracks app and website usage in the background, providing insights on how you use your time.

6. Trello or Notion (Manual setup)

🧩 So, Which One’s Best?

If you want to track app usage and subscriptions, try App Usage (Android) or Qbserve (Mac).
If subscriptions are your pain point, go with Subscriptions (iOS).
And if you’re managing apps at scale, AppRadar is your best friend.

No matter your setup, having a tool to oversee your digital ecosystem can save time, money, and a lot of “where did that renewal come from?” moments.

On the other hand.... Do you really need it or is it another shiny object?
Personally I haven't decided for myself yet, but the overview of options was interesting to have!
