Saboteurs aren’t villains... originally!
They’re just our defence mechanisms on overdrive. The inner voices that think they’re helping us and keeping us safe, but often end up hindering us instead. 😅
The workshop led by Helen von Dadelszen was insightful and fun:
✨ We laughed.
🤯 We had “aha” moments.
🗣️ We shared openly, same fears, different flavours.
🔍 We saw ourselves more clearly and were able to pinpoint how they show up.
🎯 And we played a cheeky game of cat and mouse with our saboteurs.
This workshop wasn’t about fixing anything, it was about awareness and leaning into who we are naturally.
Creating a safe space to understand how we self-sabotage, and how to shift into our wiser, calmer selves. 🧘♀️
Some takeaways?
Curious about your own saboteur squad? 🤔
