B-inspired exists for internationally minded professionals and entrepreneurs in the Lake Geneva region who are successful on paper but seeking real alignment, direction, and connection. We combine facilitated conversation with active business match-making, so you're never left to figure it out, or find the right people, alone.

I'm the founder and vision holder of B-inspired, shaping the direction and experience of the ecosystem. With a background across hospitality, corporate environments, and facilitation, I've come to understand how people think, interact, and grow in shared spaces. Professionals don't need more pressure to perform, they need environments where they feel safe enough to think clearly and contribute fully.
At B-inspired, I lead the overall vision and facilitation quality across the community and MasterMinds. You'll experience me through thoughtfully designed sessions where meaningful conversations happen, perspectives expand, and collective intelligence comes to life.

At B-inspired, I lead content strategy and communications. You're most likely to meet me at workshops advocating for thoughtful communication and strategic messaging, or asking members questions and digging up ideas worth sharing with the community.

I'm a business foundations advisor and service designer, bringing structure and clarity to B-inspired's member experience. I believe that insight alone isn't enough, professionals don't need more ideas, they need the right structure to act on them.
