Mastermind Workshop: Lego Serious Play

This workshop is facilitated by Alice Richard

Play isn't just for children.
Play is a transformative tool that has the power to help us to look at the world from different perspectives and spark new ideas.

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) methodology is an innovative process designed to enhance innovation and business performance. It is based on research that shows that hands-on, minds-on learning produces a deeper, more meaningful understanding of the world and its possibilities.

At its core, LSP is about solving complex issues by building models using LEGO bricks and elements and giving them meaning through story-making. The metaphors in the models serve as the basis for discussion, knowledge sharing and problem solving and help foster creative thinking and finding unique solutions.

When it comes to complex topics, sustainability is definitely one of them. Sustainability is not easy. Being sustainable as an individual or a business is a journey, aconstant balancing act that requires long-term perspective and continuous re-evaluation. Whether you are just starting out on your sustainability journey or have years of experience, there are always new challenges to address and you can easily get waylaid or come across barriers that slow you down.

In this facilitated workshop, we will be getting hands-on with LEGO bricks to explore the complex topic of sustainability in a creative way.

What does it really mean to be a sustainable business? Join us to explore this important topic playfully. Accelerate your sustainability journey and come away with new ideas.
